This is a unique jacket with an asymmetrical front and statement sleeves. The collar is also different with less material on one side so that it curves around the neck artfully. The material tag does not say silk but it is the type of silk that is a bit shiny and thicker to hold the shape of the blouse.
The top closes originally with three concealed buttons. One button remains but you could easily have the two missing ones replaced so the asymmetrical cross over can close or you can wear it slightly open as is. The inside pit area is yellowed but you cannot tell from the outside. There are a few spots on the silk where the fabric has worn down but it is not a hole. There are little pin point marks of a dark brown or black stain in several places. The thread is a little loose on one of the gathered sections near the front bottom of the top. Please see pictures I have pointed these out.
